How much will general contracting cost?
Peak acts as your agent, manager and facilitator amongst the various tradesmen
that are used on your projects. Our fees are in correlation to the size and
complexity of the project and vary from job to job. Please contact us to get a

Can I do some of the work, or general contract the home myself?
Peak prefers that you use all of the services that we provide as a rule of
thumb. Depending on the nature of the work that you may want to perform, it may
be a better case scenario to have us handle all of the work.

Can I make changes to the floor plan?
Depending on the nature of the change and the time at which the change is made
is a critical factor in determining whether or not a change could be made or
what the costs of that change may be.

When does Peak Properties get involved?
Peak is involved in the process from beginning to end. Peak will work with you
to gather all of the proposals from the contractors and compare these prices
for your job. We then work with the contracted labor to assure that all of the
quality is up to standards and we are delivering the service proposed. After
completion of the job, Peak stands behind the quality and will do what is
necessary to satisfy your requirements.

How can I get an estimate from Peak Properties?
We like to be on site to observe the work to be completed and meet with the
property owner prior to providing an estimate. Therefore, by contacting our

with an estimate as soon as it is needed.
