since 1992. He maintains solid banking, client and tenant relationships and

cooling contractor. In 1998, Tim's Heating and Cooling joined the Peak
Properties team, solidifying his role as an integral part of the superior

Laury Burke handles bookkeeping duties for rental properties, as well as
condominium associations. She’s able to manually keep score in bowling, enjoys
live music, and is considered somewhat of a fast-food connoisseur.
|
|
Claudia Herlo is our office manager, head bookkeeper, and has been an
integral part of Peak Properties since our very first days. She loves
spicy food and takes no guff…seriously. No
guff.
|
|
Dave Clemente is our head property manager has been managing rental and
commercial properties since 1997. Dave coordinates maintenance and
service requests, is well acquainted with each and every property that Peak
manages, and also oversees our staff of janitors and building engineers.
He’s a lifelong Mets, Jets and Knicks fan, but we won’t hold that against
him.
|
|
Eva Eisenberg has more than 12 years of leasing experience, and her
extensive knowledge of Chicago's North Side is invaluable in helping our
tenants find the apartments and neighborhoods that suit them best. Eva is
a lifelong Chicago Cub’s fan, and currently has a crush on Carlos
Zambrano.
|
|
Jason Saltzman has an extensive background in customer service, and
currently handles commercial properties, oversees small to midsized rehab
projects, and works with our bookkeeping staff to help ensure timely
collections. He enjoys playing pick-up basketball and is possibly showing signs
of a shoe addiction.
|
|
Natalie Esposito has performed a variety of duties at Peak Properties
and is our newest leasing agent. Her past experience in building
maintenance and her familiarity with local neighborhoods and Peak’s buildings
enable her to offer unique insight to our prospective tenants looking for the
neighborhood, building, and apartment that best suits them.
|
|
Angie Abraham is the most recent addition to the bookkeeping team here
at Peak Properties, and handles some of our newest clients, specifically our
commercial tenants. Angie’s familiarity with commercial accounts allows us to
offer our clients a management and bookkeeping team well acquainted with a wide
range of commercial tenants, from local shops and boutiques to office suites
and large national chains.
|
|
Hayley Gallagher is our assistant property manager and handles most
calls that come in from our tenants on a daily basis. Hayley works
closely with our maintenance and management staff to ensure that any and all of
our tenants’ issues are addressed as quickly as
possible.

|
Barb
Skupien handles a variety of responsibilities that range from working
with our leasing department to assisting our project managers and contractors
with rehabs and light construction. Barb enjoys cooking, bean bag toss, and
traveling. In fact, she and her husband recently returned from a year of
traveling around the world, so she can say "hello" in a lot of different
languages. Jambo.
|
|
Amy Wukotich
Amy Wukotich brings a strong customer service and management background to
Peak's condo department, and works closely with our building engineer and
bookkeeping staff in overseeing our roster of condo associations. Amy is also a
professional dog trainer, and in her spare time she enjoys participating in
agility competitions with her Doberman Pinschers.

Martin Machala is the building engineer responsible for overseeing
condominiums and works closely with the lead property manger on a day to day
basis. Martin’s experience in electrical contracting and construction assures
our condo associations that the preventative maintenance and general upkeep of
their properties is handled and overseen by responsible professionals, working
in cooperation with, and overseen by, Peak.
