Dave Clemente is a licensed Real Estate Agent and graduate of
Arizona State University with a degree in Engineering. Dave is our
head property manager and has been with Peak Properties since 2002
but spent several years in property management before joining Peak.
He oversees and coordinates any and all maintenance issues and
repairs, supervises our building engineers and janitorial staff,
and last but certainly not least, Dave mans our afterhours
emergency pager which is available to several thousand Peak tenants
at any given time. He's a Mets, Jets, and Knicks fan, but we won't
hold that against him.
