A native of Mississippi, Kevin moved to Chicago by way of New
York. His responsibilities at Peak include managing the front desk,
handling utility changeovers, running the collections department,
and assisting our bookkeepers and leasing agents. And for a guy
who's got that much going on, he's surprisingly laid back! Maybe
it's his theater background that allows him to play so many roles.
(Seriously...the guy's an actor.) Kevin resides in Lakeview, and
when he's not working, he enjoys acting, the lake, and Chicago's
food. He also enjoys playing disc golf, and recommends the courses
in Lemon Lake County Park in Crown Point, IN.
