Tim has over 15 years of experience as a licensed heating and
cooling contractor. In 1998, as Peak Properties was forming, Tim's
company (Tim's Heating and Cooling) joined Peak and he's been an
integral part of the team ever since. This Oak Park native is an
avid fisherman and hunter. (But not much of a gatherer)
