My Resident Network is an easy to use web portal that allows you
to view your monthly billing statements, sign up
for paperless billing, and make electronic
payments.
The following payment options are currently
available:

Auto Debit (No fee*): Payments are
automatically withdrawn from your checking/savings account every
1st business day of each month.

E-Check ($6.95 fee per transaction*): You can
initiate a one-time ACH directly from your checking or savings
account anytime throughout the month.

Monthly Credit Card ($25 transaction fee*):
Payments are charged to your credit card or debit
card with a credit logo on 1st business day of each month.

One-Time Credit Card ($35 transaction fee*):
You can use your credit card or debit card with a credit logo
anytime throughout the month to make a one-time payment.
All electronic payment options require authorization
from the Management office.
