Peak Properties has been awarded management of The Ludlow, a historic typograph factory that has been reimagined with 121 residences and 20,000 square feet of commercial space in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood.

Located at 2032 N. Clybourn, the loft apartments feature studios to three-bedroom units split between five buildings with classic Chicago architecture modernized for today’s urban lifestyles.

The units feature high-end finishes, 12-foot ceilings, enormous windows, and select units offer private terraces. Amenities abound include a rooftop lounge with an omakase’ lounge, a fitness center with infrared sauna & yoga studios offering weekly fitness & yoga classes, a demonstration kitchen, media room, co-working lounge, EV charging stations, bike storage and repair station, and concierge options.

Located in West Lincoln Park The Ludlow is steps away from dynamic Armitage Avenue and easy access to all forms of transportation.
