Luke is the Vice President of High-Rise Management at Peak Properties, where he oversees the company's high-rise and mid-rise portfolios and market-rate assets. Known for his client-first mindset, Luke works closely with owners and on-site teams to ensure every property operates at its highest potential. Cory is the Vice President of Scattered-Site Management at Peak Properties, where he leads the Scattered Site Division and oversees all related resident services. Originally from Northbrook, Cory loves Chicago for its incredible restaurant scene, electric summers, and, of course, the sports. As Director of Technology at Peak Properties, Courtney brings 24 years of property management expertise and a deep understanding of the software platforms that drive operational success. Proficient in Yardi, Entrata, MRI, RealPage, and various ancillary systems, Courtney excels at integrating technology with property management operations, allowing property managers to concentrate on building performance and resident engagement. Courtney's dedication to innovation is fueled by her passion for dynamic work environments and a commitment to continuous learning. Her background spans affordable, commercial, condominium, student housing, and market-rate management, reflecting her adaptability and results-driven approach. Outside of work, she enjoys training in circus aerial arts, reading, and spending time with her husband and many cats.

A seasoned accounting leader with over a decade of real estate experience, Ashley Wikle brings precision, perspective, and process to everything she does. Originally from Fishers, Indiana, Ashley is a CPA and proud Indiana University graduate with a degree in Accounting. Before joining Peak, Ashley built her expertise in public accounting and at a privately held REIT, where she led financial reporting and supported major operational initiatives. Today, she oversees all aspects of Peak’s accounting function—streamlining reporting, building and improving processes, and creating efficiencies that help power Peak’s continued growth. A collaborative leader at heart, Ashley believes in building strong teams and smarter systems. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.

Shane is the President of Cross Street, Peak's sister company that handles all-things-leasing. Shane is all about supporting every aspect of the team and helping owners create plans for their real estate assets. Shane's passion for real estate is fueled by the tangible nature of the industry and the profound impact it has on people's everyday lives. Armed with an engineering degree from the University of Iowa, Shane brings problem-solving skills and a logical, operational mindset to the table. Shane is incredibly invested in every project that Cross Street tackles, and as a true leader, he cares deeply about the success of each and every team member at Cross Street. Early in his career, Shane discovered his entrepreneurial spirit and a love for inspiring others to do the same.
