Peak Properties and Peak Realty took over management of 52 units at 2000 W. Summerdale with a strategic business plan in place and within six months the property is complete, within budget, and 100% leased.

The 52-unit apartment elevator building offers spacious one and two-bedroom units with all the amenities one would ask for.

Leasing was managed by Peak Realty Portfolio Manager Matt Ayo with Listing Brokers Mason Estruch and Charlmers Oscar.
