]]>Our friends at Supera Asset Management knocked it out of the park with this beautiful lobby renovation! What was previously two storefront units and a small entry way is now completely unrecognizable in the best way.
The Lincoln Park property, located at 530 W. Arlington Pl, now features a beautiful entrance, co-working space, and plenty of natural light. To celebrate, residents + members of Peak and Supera's teams gathered for drinks and lite bites-enjoying the new space in style!

When Peak Properties LLC took over barely a year ago, occupancy was around 55% for a myriad of reasons. Today, the property’s occupancy has reached 96%.
