Watching new properties come to life is something we love to watch.
Last year, Macon Construction Group broke ground on Five Points Lakeview — 52 apartment units, 5,500 SF of retail, and 12 parking spaces — right where all the action happens on Chicago's North Side.
This year, that vision became reality. We welcomed residents home for the very first time earlier this spring.
There's nothing quite like watching a property rise from the ground up, and we're proud to be the ones managing it now that it's here.

Perfectly positioned at the intersection of Lakeview, Southport Corridor, North Center, and Ravenswood, this location puts residents steps from some of Chicago's most loved neighborhood staples – including Paulina Meat Market, Loba Cafe, Steingold's Deli, and Southport Grocer. Huge thanks to Macon Construction Group, Inc. for delivering another standout project. We look forward to welcoming new residents home this spring and bringing Peak's resident-first management approach to the neighborhood.
