The numbers don't lie: The Maven is leasing up fast. 

We're only a few leases away from 100% occupancy. It's an accomplishment we are very proud of.

But for residents, signing a lease is just the beginning. Moving in, day-to-day living, and the relationships built with building staff and neighbors is what makes residents want to stay for the long haul.

For us, move-in day is about being a friendly face at the start of someone's new chapter.

Our team has been at The Maven all summer welcoming residents home, but we don't stop there. Before the property officially opened, 85% of its units were pre-leased. By June, occupancy had climbed to 93%; an average of roughly 25 move-ins per month and minimal vacancy just one month after opening.
