The mixed-use storage\/office warehouse property consists of 18,540 SF and includes 11 units, 36 parking spaces and a cell tower. Bill Bellomy, Michael Johnson, Logan Foster and Hugh Horne of VERSAL represented Aranjuez Holdings, the Houston-based seller. VERSAL is an Austin- and Los Angeles-based commercial real estate firm focused on the self-storage industry.<\/p>\n
HOUSTON – Blindster bought a 9,200-SF office building located at 16555 Village Drive in Houston. Ryan Dierker, principal at Newcor Commercial Real Estate, represented the buyer. The seller, Baha Tacas Investments LP, was represented by Jason Whittington of Partners Real Estate.<\/p>\n

The site is near the nationally acclaimed Milwaukee Public Market.<\/p>\n
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Since March 2022, 1030 Music Row has secured 90,000 SF of leases among five tenants. The property is located on Nashville’s historic Music Row, a block from Edgehill Village. JLL’s Sarah Pettigrew handles leasing and marketing on behalf of the owner, Panattoni Development. Located at 1030 16th Ave. S., 1030 Music Row is one of the newest Class A office buildings built in Nashville this year. The 112,000 SF asset also marks the city’s first mass timber office building.
