Michelle Donaldson has been appointed to the newly-developed role of Regional Community Manager for Peak Communities, LLC, a Chicago-based community management company.<\/p>\n
Donaldson now oversees three high-rise apartment buildings in the Peak Communities’ portfolio and she is responsible for complete oversight of each community, serving as a liaison between Peak Communities’ management team and owners of each community. Currently supervising three condo deconversion buildings totaling nearly 800 units, her daily responsibilities include management of all office and engineering personnel, and oversight of all building operations including preventative maintenance schedules, financial reporting, budget management and projections, leasing renewals and site inspections.<\/p>\n
Michelle’s career began with a part-time role which sparked her interest in pursuing a full-time career in real estate community management, where she has worked for owners directly as well as corporate community management firms. Most recently, she served as a roving community manager with Pinnacle Community Management where she supported a regional team overseeing operations for nine multifamily communities totaling over 1800 units.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
