This month, we're spotlighting (and celebrating) someone who has played a major role in shaping Peak Properties over the past decade and a half: Cory Eisenstein, our Vice President of Property Management.
\n
\nCory is officially celebrating his 15th year with Peak; an incredible milestone that reflects not only his dedication, but the impact he's made on our residents, our teams, and the evolution of our scattered-site portfolio. Cory began his journey with Peak as a Property Manager and has grown with the company from the ground up, bringing deep operational knowledge, a steady leadership style, and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way.
\n
\nToday, Cory leads our entire Scattered Site Division and oversees all resident services. He works closely with our leadership team, Regional Property Managers, and on-site teams to ensure every property is running smoothly. His focus on responsiveness, operational efficiency, and elevating the resident experience has been central to the success of this division. <\/p>\n

Anyone who's worked with Cory knows his signature leadership style – calm, thoughtful, and incredibly steady (a very valuable trait in property management  IYKYK). He's the kind of leader people trust: supportive, collaborative, and always willing to jump in when his teams or residents need him. He's also simply a great person to see around the office.
\n
\nOutside of work, Cory loves Chicago summers, sports, traveling, and restaurants. If you ever need a restaurant recommendation.. he may be the perfect person to ask.
\n
\nCory, congratulations on 15 years! Thank you for your leadership, your commitment to our residents, and the example you set for our teams every day. We're grateful you're part of the team.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
