Cross Street named Erin Higgins as its national leasing director. This addition comes as the company continues to expand from its Chicago base to new markets nationwide.
Higgins brings more than a decade of experience in the industry, having most recently served as Vice President of Leasing and Marketing for CA Ventures. While there, she led the strategic direction and execution of leasing and marketing initiatives nationally, across a $1B portfolio of Class A luxury high-rise assets, taking them from early pre-development stages through stabilization and disposition.
Previously, Higgins worked at Luxury Living, a Chicago-based real estate brokerage, where she was one of their primary Portfolio Managers.
Higgins has led lease ups in over a dozen prime markets including Chicago, Nashville, Atlanta, Phoenix, and West Coast. With a focus on luxury high-rise multifamily properties, Higgins will drive pre-development consultation, streamline lease up operations, lead property marketing initiatives, and oversee the expansion of Cross Street’s exclusive leasing vertical.
