It's no coincidence that the White Sox, Cubs, and Peak Properties move-in days all happen around the same time.

April marked the start of our busiest season, and the first full month of baseball in Chicago.

Different industries, same signal: the summer is coming.

This month, we welcomed over 200 new Peak residents home; an indication that Chicago continues to be a destination people are proud to call home.

For our team, it's the start of a busy season. For the City, it's the start of the best one.
