We're only a few leases away from 100% occupancy. It's an accomplishment we are very proud of.
But for residents, signing a lease is just the beginning. Moving in, day-to-day living, and the relationships built with building staff and neighbors is what makes residents want to stay for the long haul.

Our team has been at The Maven all summer welcoming residents home, but we don't stop there. We were there at groundbreaking. We were there during leasing. We were there on move-in day. And we'll continue to be there for our residents as they settle into their new home.
