Peak Properties, LLC has added 44 units to its growing student housing property management portfolio, along with three commercial units. Led by Mike Zucker, founder and managing partner of Peak Properties, the team has been tapped to manage and lease two Evanston, IL properties steps from Northwestern’s campus.
2146 Sherman Ave. is a three-story, 11-unit property, while 722 Clark St. is comprised of 33 studio apartments and three commercial spaces.
