Peak Realty Chicago (PRC) closed on two three-unit turnkey properties in the same week, selling both buildings to private real estate investors for a total of $1.94 million. They included 2222 W. Belden Ave. in Bucktown for $1,010,000 and 3554 W. Wrightwood Ave. In Logan Square for $930,000.
“These properties were strategically positioned for sale only after securing the necessary leasing rates, in order to substantiate the price these sellers were willing to trade at,” said Oren Pollack, VP for PRC. “Both owners had renovated their properties and were ready to sell after various holding periods.”
PRC brokers Alex Morsch and Yohanna Garay represented the sellers on both assets.
