Current Tenants FAQ

Rent is due to our office on the 1st of each month. It is considered late if received after the 5th.
There are three ways to pay rent: With a check, cashiers check /money order, or online through Rent Caf : https://www.rentcafe.com/residentservices/apartmentsforrent/userlogin.aspx.
No, checks must be current
You should expect to see your lease renewal 90-120 days prior to your lease expiring. You can find your lease expiration date through your Rent Caf Portal.
Submit a request through Rent Caf, or email your Maintenance Coordinator. You can find your Maintenance coordinator through Rent Caf. If it is an emergency, call the office and press ‘7’.
If it is your first month’s rent, call your leasing coordinator. For all other inquiries, call your Property Manager.
If it is after normal business hours, you will have to call a locksmith, if it is during regular office hours, call your Maintenance Coordinator or the office. Warning: Replacement keys can cost up to $150/key
Main office: 9:00-5:00 M-F, 9:00-12:00 Saturday
Leasing Office: 10:00-6:00 M-F; By Appointment Saturday
Talk to your Property Manager about any concerns regarding rent increase.
Yes, if it is Navajo White by Benjamin Moore.
To purchase a spot, email your Leasing Coordinator. If your spot is occupied, email your Property Manager.
If you have a tenant complaint, E-mail your Property Manager.
In most cases, yes, but it depends on which building you live in. Contact your Leasing Coordinator to find out for sure. The pet fee is $250 for dogs and $150 for cats.
