The boutique brokerage Peak Realty Chicago announced the sale of 1015 W. Webster Ave: a three-unit, mixed-use building which includes a penthouse suite and both rental and retail space. With 6,000 square feet of space, the versatile property also boasts a panoramic rooftop deck, a two-car garage, a private outdoor area and additional exterior parking. The building sold for $2.5 million to a private investor.
Of the sale, PRC president Shane Rachman said, “We are incredibly proud to have been able to work with our clients to put together a creative and complex deal working to sell the various products in the current market interrupted by COVID and retail vacancy challenges… We established and maintained a strong working relationship with the owner over nearly a decade and this is a testament to the value of understanding clients’ needs and business goals over time.” Rachman closed the deal in June along with Michael Horwitz, a managing broker for PRC.
