Skims is Coming to 2 E. Oak St

Skims, the shapewear and apparel brand co-founded by influencer and entrepreneur Kim Kardashian, plans to open a store at 1000 N. Rush Street. The storefront is located in the ground floor of 2 E. Oak St., a luxury apartment building managed by Peak Properties.

Chicago-based L3 Capital paid $21.5 million for the retail space last month, according to online property records.
