
Meet Sarah Rider, our Marketing Manager and the strategic mind behind (almost) everything you see and read from Peak.
Sarah leads brand strategy and marketing communications across all of Peak-ensuring everything from property marketing to executive messaging is consistent, compelling, and on-brand.
She manages our social media presence, builds business-winning pitch decks, drafts investor and executive communications, oversees internal and external newsletters, and leads PR efforts that boost visibility and earned media coverage.
Sarah also develops resident-facing engagement and loyalty programs that strengthen brand affinity and drive retention. She works closely with senior leadership and collaborates across departments to ensure messaging reflects the goals and voices of the entire organization.
Outside of work, Sarah is earning her master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) at Northwestern University Medill School of Journalism-sharpening her skills in brand management, communications, data-driven marketing, and strategic storytelling.
