When he's not getting into shenanigans with his poodle, Rocky, you'll find Jacob in a deep pile of property management agreements.
Since joining Peak 2.5 years ago, Jacob has been a major force behind the scenes; from streamlining internal communications to leading our transition to a cloud-based filing system. He leads all property onboarding-related projects, and collaborates closely with executive leadership on business development, receivership, and REO operations.
Jacob thrives on cross-departmental collaboration, and we love to see the relationships he's built across the office. He's a true asset to the team, and we honestly don't know what we'd do without him.
Fun fact: Before joining Peak, Jacob lived in L.A. working as a paralegal by day, and as a hip-hop artist by night.
